The key to financial health is spending less than you make.  A phrase commonly used is, "it's not what you make but what you spend that counts".  Apparently, living in Atlanta gives us a head start to spending less.  According to the Forbes article, The Cities Where Your Paycheck Will Go The Furthest, Atlanta is ranked 15th.  This is a pretty big deal as far as your pocketbook is concerned.  Do not miss an opportunity that the rest of the United States does not get to benefit from.
